I do not however maintain that program on a strict basis. The point is that I supplement with DHEA based on what my body feels. I know how I react to the supplementation and the effects that it has on me and therefore I adjust accordingly. Sometimes I skip a month and use other Over the Counter Supplements that have similar effects (More on that in those in the future so be sure to check back.)
What I have found is that ending the DHEA cycle and then re-introducing it after a period of 'off' time seems to be more effective than the long term maintenance of it within my body through steady
