Cialis Usage

Cialis can usually be taken either at a lower dosage once a day or once every 36 hours. If you take it only once every 36 hours it may be given to you at a much higher dosage. It is your responsibility to take it only as needed in the way it was meant to be taken, and it should not be taken just to "get high" or whatever recreational purpose you had it mind.

Do not take Cialis in any way other than specified by your doctor. If he or she recommends a certain dosage stick to that.

Do not change it unless authorized to do so. Never mix Cialis with alcohol. This could be very dangerous to you as it can worsen some of the side effects. It is better to wait a few hours before or a few hours after to drink.

Make sure you do not use other impotence drugs such as Levitra or Viagra when using Cialis. Be careful what herbal medicines you use with it as well. Ask your doctor which herbs are okay to mix with this medication.

Even if you are on some alpha-blockers, you must avoid Cialis. There might be a case wherein you might be allergic to some of the ingredients contained in the medication. In such cases, it's important that you don't take this drug. Apprise your doctor of your detailed medical history and current intake of medications so that your doctor can make sure that you do not suffer from side effects as a result of Cialis intake.

You must take Cialis in the required dosage, as prescribed by the doctor. Don't go overboard in your intake, thinking that the more Cialis you take, the longer-lasting will be the erections. Be aware of the various side effects of Cialis, so that you know just what you are getting into.

You are advised to get thoroughly examined before using this medication. You should be especially concerned if you have heart disease or if you had a heart attack within the past 90 days. Retinitis pigmentosa and penis deformity are two more conditions worth mentioning.

Beware of Cialis side effects. This is something you need to be especially careful about if you overdose. The worse problems you may experience include numbness, pain, and blindness.
